Do you only take on big projects?
No, not at all. We often work on small, short-term assignments; garden makeovers, garden clearances etc. We enjoy doing these as much as the more complex ones.
Which areas do you serve?
We primarily cover the towns of Huntingdon, Godmanchester, St Neots, St Ives, and all the surrounding villages. Occasionally, we are called away to farther afield such as Hertfordshire and North London but generally stay within this part of the Cambridgeshire County.
I think my garden has great potential but need some ideas and design help?
No problem. That's something we can help you with as part of the service and where we are particularly strong. We always hold the view that we are working with you as well as for you on your garden and some 'creative licence' is a big motivator.
What is your pricing structure?
It really depends on the job itself; the complexity/technicality, accessibility, manpower requirements, materials, tools/equipment needed, project length, waste disposal needs etc. No two jobs are ever the same. That is why we generally quote for the job in it's entirety and that way you always know what you are going to be paying from the start with no nasty surprises. We are happy, though, to quote on a daily rate if appropriate. Overall, we believe our prices to be transparent, fair and competitive.
I see you also offer a 'Property Maintenance Service'. What exactly does this provide?
We carry out a wide range of external and internal repairs and maintenance such as mending outbuildings, re-felting shed roofs, shower cleaning and renovation, and painting & decorating for residential, rental and commercial properties. If you need shelves put up or flat-pack furniture assembled we can do that too. We do not, however, get involved in any plumbing, heating or electrical work. Just tell us what you need doing and we'll say whether that is within the boundaries of our skills-set.
I have quite a tight budget. Can you still give my garden the 'Wow Factor'?
Absolutely (or at least we are confident we can). It's surprising sometimes how you can achieve a great look for a relatively small outlay with a little clever thought and imagination. In fact, we see working to a smaller, fixed budget as something of a challenge!
